Principals will register
for the NSWPPA Annual Conference online. The cost of conference registration
does not include accommodation. Principals will be required to
arrange their own accommodation at one of three hotels where special rates
have been arranged or at another hotel of their choice.

A full registration package (including all social events) is $800.

Single day registration is $280.
* Note: Registration prices are GST inclusive.
Due to the application of subsidies to the total cost of
registration, the cost of the professional learning program, meals and
social events cannot be individually listed.

three days will find it cheaper to purchase full registration. They may then
choose to attend some or all of the social events in addition to the
professional learning program.
CONFERENCE SHIRTS
-
A conference shirt is included in your registration. Conference
participants can choose from a men’s polo shirt, women’s polo shirt or a
women’s T-shirt. The polo shirts are a slim fit. When completing your
online registration form you will need to nominate your shirt size.
Additional shirts can be ordered with your registration at a cost of
$25.00 per shirt.

The menu offered is usually extensive and most delegates will find they
are able to choose foods appropriate to their needs. We have requested
that the hotel provide labels to identify gluten free and vegetarian
options within the buffet selection.

All care will be taken to
assist you to meet your particular dietary requirements, however, the
final responsibility for ensuring the meals offered will meet your
needs, rests with you.

If you have very specific
requirements it is best to check with hotel staff upon your arrival at
the hotel.

Breakfast, other than
Thursday when a continental breakfast is provided at the Sofitel
Wentworth Hotel for Breakfast with Sponsors. Breakfast may be purchased
at any one of many locations in the city.
A convenient location that offers a wide choice is The
Wintergarden, on the corner of Young and Bent streets. The Wintergarden
is a favourite with NSWPPA State Council Delegates because it is quick
and inexpensive. Vouchers
offering a discount on purchase of breakfast at the Wintergarden will be
given to you at registration.
A number of small fundraising activities for our conference charity, Stewart
House.

laundry, in-house movie charges, internet connection etc).

DEADLINES

REGISTRATION: the closing date for registration is 3:00pm Friday
16 September.

FULL PAYMENT:
by cheque is required within 21 days of registration.

POSITIONS AT CONFERENCE
will be allocated only upon receipt of full payment. Places at this
conference are limited.

LATE REGISTRATIONS: received after 3.00pm on
Friday 16 September will be accepted, space permitting, but will be
charged a late fee of $40.00.
Late registrants should be aware that it might not be possible to provide a
conference shirt or bag, as part of their package.

CANCELLATIONS OF REGISTRATION received
before 3:00pm Friday 16 September
will be refunded in full. Cancellations received
after 3:00pm
Friday 16 September may not be
refunded due to the requirements of contracts with hotels and other
suppliers. Delegates who find
themselves in this position may choose to ask a principal colleague to take
over their package and should discuss this option with Sandra Armstrong, the
